With the understanding all families signed up to play “Spring” soccer, and with uncertainty of when it will be safe to resume organized sports, HSC has decided to cancel the Spring 2020 season. If the fields open and all local, state and federal governments indicate it is safe to return to play, we will offer some type of Jamboree and/or sessions where the kids can come out to play and have some fun. The Hendersonville Park’s Department is willing to do whatever we need to get the kids back out on the field.
As you can imagine, this will have a major impact on our financials. However, we believe giving the families in need the option for a refund is far greater than the loss we will incur.In order to best take care of our HSC families, we are offering 3 cancellation options. The default option is Transfer to the Fall.
3 Options for Families - JUNE 1 Cutoff Date
1. Transfer to the Fall Season (Recommended) – We will handle the transfer
2. Donate registration fee to the Club (Scholarships, Schools etc.) – Tax Deduction Letter Sent
3. 100% Refund – less the $3 processing fee listed below
$3 Fee charged by Sports Connect (online registration system) NOT refunded. These funds are not in our possession, as they went directly to Sports Connect. Please direct concerns regarding the processing fee to Sports Connect via this form
Option 1 (Default) – Do nothing - your child(ren) will transfer automatically to the Fall Season.
