99 Rush Boys Make Finals at State Cup

The 99 KRW Rush boys team finished 2nd at the 2015 Kansas State Cup held in Overland Park, KS.  The team was seeded 4th out of 8 teams and finished 2nd in their group to advance to the semi-final round in which they faced the #1 overall seed, Sporting Blue Valley 98/99.   It was a tough and well played match by both teams that went into overtime.  KRW Rush pulled out a big 4-1 victory in overtime.  Returning just one day later to play in the finals was too much to ask of the boys as they fell to Kansas Rush Academy (our fellow club in Olathe, KS).  The score was 2-0 and an all Rush final was great to see.  Congratulations to our KRW 99 Rush boys on a fabulous ending to the season!
